Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great size room that was really clean, but there were some issues in the bathroom like a dripping tap and slow water flow. However, the room had high bath and poor drainage, which was a letdown. It was disappointing that maintenance was not available on weekends, and there were no usable switches for the wall lights. Despite these drawbacks, I found the room to be quite spacious and ready for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is very near Blackpool and the promenade, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the rooms are tiny and cramped, with only one small elevator for many guests. I wouldn't choose to stay here again as for the same price there are much better options with lovely staff and facilities available in the area.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to everything I wanted, but there were some issues with the room cleanliness and size. The service was friendly but a bit restricted in some aspects. The dining experience was a mix of good and disappointing moments. Overall, it was an okay stay with some improvements needed.
